You’re reading a group blog of people, who got fed up with all the problems in the construction industry.
It all started in some discussions about how frustrating it is when all the projects are late, over the budget and eventually suffer from quality problem caused by shortcuts by people who didn’t know better.
The conclusion of the discussion was that the problems lie in communication (or the lack of it) and people protecting themselves through claims management instead of improvement.
Our mission is trying to find solutions to this global problem and make the construction business more profitable, efficient, sustainable and nicer for all the parties.
Instead of just blogging about the problems, we’ve decided to do something about this, as well.
